What is CST (Craniosacral Therapy)?

🌿 What is CST?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is one of those subtle but powerful healing approaches that often surprises people. Using a light, gentle touch, CST works with the natural rhythms of your body—especially the fluid and membranes around your brain and spine—to help you unwind tension, feel more grounded, and come back into balance.

I’ve been practicing CST since 2009, and over the years I’ve seen how deeply it can support people who are dealing with pain, stress, trauma, or just feeling stuck. It’s incredibly calming to the nervous system, which makes it great for anxiety, sleep issues, chronic pain, and even just that sense of being overwhelmed.

SomatoEmotional Release 2 (SER2) takes the work even deeper—supporting the release of emotional patterns, old stories, or past experiences that your body may still be holding onto. SER uses gentle dialogue and intuitive listening, helping you connect with what’s ready to shift so your body and mind can move forward.

People often come to me when they’re:

  • Feeling “off” but can’t quite explain why

  • Struggling with pain, tension, or burnout

  • Moving through big life transitions, grief, or emotional healing

  • Seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their body

Some of the benefits of CST and SER include:

  • Feeling more grounded and emotionally balanced

  • Less physical pain and tension

  • Better sleep and nervous system regulation

  • A sense of clarity and spaciousness

  • A release of things they didn’t even realize they were carrying

This work is gentle, deeply respectful, and guided by what your body is ready for. It’s not about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space for healing to naturally unfold. If you're curious or feeling drawn to try it, that’s usually a sign your body’s ready to be heard.
