Craniosacral therapy is for you if you experience:

  • Neck & Back Tension

  • Anxiety & Overwhelm

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $130

This is a therapeutic technique focused on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It uses slow, sustained pressure and targeted strokes to address chronic muscle tension, adhesions, and restricted movement patterns. Deep tissue massage is commonly used to reduce pain, improve range of motion, support postural alignment, and aid in the rehabilitation of repetitive strain and musculoskeletal injuries.

Lymphatic drainage

60 minutes: $130

This is a gentle, specialized manual therapy technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. It is used to reduce edema and inflammation, support immune function, improve circulation, and aid in post-surgical or injury recovery. The technique uses light, rhythmic strokes that follow lymphatic pathways to encourage efficient fluid transport and waste removal.
