Meet Hannah Grimm:

owner of Move-Meant Massage and Yoga
LMT, RYT-200

I started this work because I was tired of the watered-down, commercialized version of wellness that left people feeling disconnected and unseen. I’ve witnessed too many wellness spaces centered around performance, too many massage businesses run by people who don’t understand the depth of the work, and teachers misusing their power.

My goal is to bring authenticity and integrity back into healing. I want every person who walks into my space to feel fully seen, supported, and respected. That alone is transformative.

Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating—it’s not about poses or perfection. It’s about learning how to be here now, in your body, with compassion. It’s a practice of being fully yourself.

I combine over 17 years of experience in massage therapy with yoga & advanced craniosacral work. My approach is grounded, knowledgeable, perceptive, and deeply personalized to each client or student I work with.

My journey began at Irene’s Myomassology Institute, where I graduated in 2008. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher in 2012, and most recently deepened my craniosacral training by completing SomatoEmotional Release Level 2 (SER2) in June 2025.

Meet Angela Poole
LMT, PTA, RYT-200

Hello everyone, I am Angela Poole.

Nearly 30 years ago, I had just finished my collegiate degree working at a Chiropractor and Physical Therapy clinic, when I was introduced to massage therapy. Immediately, I saw how massage greatly assisted in one’s healing and improved their overall wellbeing. Having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Hope College, my degree provided a deeper appreciation and understanding for the power of massage therapy.

27 years ago, I completed my first schooling as a Massage Therapist through Georgetown Bodyworks in Washington D.C. and knew this is how I wanted to help people improve their lives. Continuing to expand my knowledge and skills, I graduated from the Ann Arbor institute of Massage Therapy.

Working as a Massage Therapist in a PT clinic, I went back to school again to complete the Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Henry Ford Community College. My goal was to be able to incorporate both massage and physical therapies together to help people to the best of my abilities. For the last 14 years as a PTA, I have provided both physical therapy and massage therapy, with a little bit of yoga sprinkled in, to patients in outpatient clinics. Through the various classes, programs and courses, I have acquired multiple accreditations and specialties, including being a licensed and board-certified Massage Therapist, and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Several key specialties of mine include Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage massage, and Deep Tissue massage which consists of both Neuromuscular and Myofascial techniques.

In addition to the love of outdoor activities, I also have a passion for and have been a lifelong student of yoga. To me, yoga is not just about poses; it’s a way of life. Yoga can guide the mind, body, and heart into a place of serenity. I’ve completed the RYT-200 certification for yoga instruction with YogaRenew located in Hoboken, NJ. Currently, I’m working toward the RYT-500 certification. Slow flow yoga, Restorative yoga, and Yin yoga are what I love and find to be the most therapeutic in providing downregulation of the nervous system, while increasing flexibility, strength and balance. It has long been my belief that it is of utmost importance that we continually care for our bodies, especially as we age, to promote a calm healthy internal environment. That calm healthy internal environment is critical to allow our bodies to heal and function optimally.

I look forward to working with you on your personal journeys to improved health and wellbeing.

May you be a source of love and light to those around you. Namaste
