Meet Hannah Grimm:
owner of Move-Meant Massage and Yoga
I started this work because I was tired of the watered-down, commercialized version of wellness that left people feeling disconnected and unseen. I’ve witnessed too many wellness spaces centered around performance, too many massage businesses run by people who don’t understand the depth of the work, and teachers misusing their power.
My goal is to bring authenticity and integrity back into healing. I want every person who walks into my space to feel fully seen, supported, and respected. That alone is transformative.
Yoga doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating—it’s not about poses or perfection. It’s about learning how to be here now, in your body, with compassion. It’s a practice of being fully yourself.
I combine over 17 years of experience in massage therapy with yoga & advanced craniosacral work. My approach is grounded, knowledgeable, perceptive, and deeply personalized to each client or student I work with.
My journey began at Irene’s Myomassology Institute, where I graduated in 2008. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher in 2012, and most recently deepened my craniosacral training by completing SomatoEmotional Release Level 2 (SER2) in June 2025.
mEET kEVIN dREYER:
yOGA iNSTRUCTOR
Kevin is an enthusiastic and engaging instructor who has been practicing yoga since 2001 and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) since 2009. Kevin’s experience teaching all levels of yoga brings a well-rounded approach. He often adopts many of the things from his own personal practice into each class he offers. Kevin explains, “I approach my teaching simply to guide the class safely through sequences of tried and true yoga poses that have been around for a very long time. In order to allow the experience to happen, I try not to get in the way, especially for those who are new to yoga. I encourage exploration and acute awareness to the breath and individual experience with regular reminders for students to make adjustments to poses by listening to how the body responds.”
meet Marianne Hopson:
Yoga Instructor
I took my first yoga class hoping it would help with tight hamstrings from distance running. After my first class, I was surprised at how good I felt in so many ways. That was in 2009, and from then on I continued to practice on a regular basis. By the end of 2012, I enrolled in a yoga teacher training certification class. The purpose was to learn more about the ancient traditions and to improve my own practice. In 2013, I received my teaching certificate and have been an instructor since. My teaching philosophy is that I practice what I teach. Mostly traditional poses that flow together allowing deep breathing. I believe that yoga can benefit any student at any level who is just willing to try.
