At Move-Meant Massage and Yoga, Hannah offers a relaxing yoga class that promotes relaxation and calmness. This class focuses on gentle, effective poses done mostly on the floor. Props will be used to help support your body during the poses, allowing you to fully relax. It doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or experienced, as this class is suitable for everyone. You'll leave feeling refreshed and peaceful.

Basic Yoga

Our yoga class is perfect for beginners or those with experience. First, you'll follow a sequence. Then, we'll do foam rolling and relaxing poses in the second half.
