Stress Reset: Restorative Yoga for a Tired Nervous System
Sunday 2/15 | 6:00–7:30 PM | 90 minutes
If stress has been living in your body—tight shoulders, restless sleep, a mind that won’t slow down—this workshop is designed to help.
This 90-minute session focuses on calming the nervous system through slow pacing, supportive restorative yoga, and optional gentle self-massage using a foam roller or lacrosse ball. These tools are offered as a way to release tension and help the body feel safe enough to rest—never to push or force.
Expect long-held, fully supported poses, steady breathing, and plenty of permission to rest. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and better prepared for the week ahead.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
