The Two-Step Reset:
Part 1: The Active Release (6:00 – 7:00 PM)
Self-Massage with Lacrosse Balls: We start by "un-knotting" the physical armor in your back, shoulders, and hips. You’ll learn simple ways to massage yourself and melt away the day's stress.
Part 2: The Deep Restoration (7:00 – 8:00 PM)
Restorative Yoga & CST: Once your muscles are loose, we move into total stillness. While you rest in cozy, supported poses for long periods, I will come around to offer CranioSacral Therapy (CST) touch and calming essential oils to help your nervous system finally "click" into deep rest.
